Location: This holiday home is located on the Bay View area at Primrose Valley and has it's own private drive. Its located around a 2-3 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. The holiday home does have sea views from the living area and decking.

Outside Area: The front decking is enclosed and includes a table and chairs for 4.

Living Area: The holiday home has an open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a fixed seating area, a 42’ Smart TV and coffee table. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a dining table seating 5 plus a breakfast bar for 2. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There is 3 Bedrooms (x1 double and x2 twin) including a double sofa bed, sleeping up to 8 guests in total. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. There is a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom with an additional toilet and wash basin en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is also provided. 

Heating: The holiday home is fully central heated throughout. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In is from 3pm on your arrival date. We have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the holiday home itself.
