Location: This holiday home is located on the Juniper Court area at Primrose Valley which is NEW for 2023. This caravan has been with us a few seasons and moved from Linkfield Grove 5 to Juniper Court 3. The pitch has its own private parking for two cars next to the caravan. Its located around a 2-3 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. The location is a cul-de-sac through Linkfield Grove.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking has outside seating and a gate making it enclosed.

Living Area: The lodge has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. There is also a dining table seating 4. Free Wi-Fi is also available. 

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The lodge has 3 Bedrooms (x1 double and x2 twins) sleeping 6 guests in total. All bedrooms have their own TVs. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The lodge has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower separate en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is also provided.

Heating: The lodge is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the lodge is from 2pm on your arrival date. On the lodge we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the lodge itself.

While this holiday home is not pet friendly for guests, please note this property is not pet free as the owners do have a dog themselves.
